Training groups are kept small for coaching quality. Your consistent weekly training time will be assigned after onboarding.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Destiny Fitness Operates as a monthly recurring memberships coaching program.

Memberships are billed monthly from your sign up date.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable

Scheduling and Attendance

Members may attend available times assigned to them.
Missed Sessions are forfeited
No make-up sessions or rescheduling provided
Repeated no-shows may result in removable from reserved training time.

Cancellation

A 14-Day written notice prior to your next billing date is required to cancel.
If notice is not given in time the next billing cycle will process.

Payment:

If payment fails, access to training pauses until payment is resolved.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand exercise involves inherent risks including muscle soreness, strains, falls, equipment injury, and in rare cases serious injury.

I voluntarily choose to participate in training and use of equipment. I accept fill responsibility for my participation and agree to follow all trainer instructions.

I release and hold harmless Destiny Fitness LLC, Destiny Babin and staff from any claims injuries, or damages arising from participation , including claims related to negligence.

I understand and agree to the liability waiver.

MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm I have disclosed all known health conditions and understand it is my responsibility to inform Destiny Fitness of any changesn to my health. I understand Destiny Fitness is not a medical provider and it is recommended I consult a physician before beginning exercise.

PHOTO CONSENT

I grant permission for Destiny Fitness to use photos or videos taken during training for social media and promotional purposes.
